One of the greatest things I could remember back when I worked with Motorola was that I always had Family time. They always looked at this as priority. Yet when I was on call working on variuos radio systems I had to think fast, and throgu training, and independent study I drove myself to solve problems rather quickly. Sometimes I think the real reason I lost my job with them was because I dedicated myself to being the best tech I could possibely be… I don,t think many people wanted this…
