I can't imagine how that antenae will gonna work since you short circuit the middle connection into the ground... It's a shit shit fake and idiot works.

Yes i know fassenkugel., and it is not a matter of current too but it is a signal (millivolts) mv. So lets say the signal reach into the aereal or antenna, can you imagine how it will go to the pigtail and cable since it's already shorted to the ground (plate) ?. I suggest you to do what you've seen here and i'm sure you will start to become crazy after receiving none.

well... the constant current is dc the alternatig current is ac. the 2.4ghz is a high frequency ac. if the shortcut not on wavelength of given freq does not mater.

this atenna named biquad, the gain is 10.5dB. its work.

Ok. thanks for your kind info fassenkugel.
I'll try that one just to have a test and hope this will gonna work too on mine.

A DC short circuit maybe, but RF is completely different - it is a tuned circuit you complete tool ! Learn how things work first before making silly comments. This aerial works perfectly well. This is resonant on 2.4GHz. Impedance matching is achieved by many different ways, this one will give 50ohms at 2.4GHz. It isn't fake so go away and learn about RF and aerial design. RF doesn't see a DC short circuit which is why you can have coaxial stubs for example.

Don't confuse modulation methods with current. You also need to look at impedance with RF !

the impedance of quad on the corner is 100ohm, two quad switched parallel that is 50ohm. its all
